The rate for 10 seater Force Tempo Traveller, 14 seater Traveller and 17 seater Force Traveller is the same across the board.
The rates are calculated on Garage to Garage basis. Our Garage is at Bansdroni which is midway between Tollygunge and Garia, Kolkata. Tempo Traveller rate for 14 / 17 seater is Rs 35 per km or Rs 350 per hour, whichever is higher, garage to garage. Garage to Garage means counting of hours will start from the moment the moment the vehicle leaves the Garage and continues uninterruptedly till the moment the vehicle is released and reaches the Garage.
The minimum rate that is charged is for local travel is 100 km and 10 hours.
The minimum rate that is charged for outstation rental is for 250 km per day.
Day means from 00:01 hrs till 23:59 hrs.
Toll and parking are charged at Actual and are to be paid directly by guests.
Driver's Inconvenience allowance is charged at Rs 250 if the services are availed after 10 pm or before 6 am as calculated from Garage to Garage.
Overnight Allowance is also applicable in case of outstation travel
For outstation tours, Driver's Food and accommodation has to be provided by the Hirer of the vehicle from the time the vehicle is taken on contract till the period the vehicle is released.
However, in case the hirer of the vehicle does not want to take the responsibility of the driver's Food and Accommodation, payment @ Rs.1250 per night is to be paid by the hirer of the vehicle. This payment is over and above the Driver's Overnight Allowance @ Rs.250 as mentioned above.
If the services are availed for running the vehicle between 10 pm to 6 am, the rates are charged at a premium of 20% of the regular rate.
These rates are not applicable if the services are availed for Marriage purpose.
The rate for 26 Seat Tempo Traveller is not the same as 10 seater Force Tempo Traveller, 14 seater Traveller or 17 seater Force Traveller.

ALL DISPOSAL RATES WILL BE APPLICABLE ON A BOOKING OF MINIMUM 10 HRS / 100 KM WHICH EVER IS HIGHER. Contract for a Tempo Traveller is for a minimum of 10hrs/100 kms.
Additional hrs @ Rs. 350 per hr or Rs.35/ per km whichever is higher.
Parking, entry fees, Puja Subscriptions and toll taxes extra payable by you on the spot. In case of Inter state travel, Temporary Permit Cost and State Entry Tax is to also be paid by the hirer of the vehicles.
Drivers accommodation and food to be provided by guest for all the days of the contract period.
(Applicable only in case of overnight Travel)
Please note we reckon the starting point as well as the end point from Garage to Garage. Counting of hours and km will commence and end at Garage and hours will be counted uninterruptedly.
Please note that consumption of alcohol and smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. INDIA BEACONS reserves the right to stop the vehicle in case of infringement of the above clause.
A. Booking of Tempo Traveller for local/Single day rental is accepted/confirmed only against an advance of 50% of the Minimum Contract amount or Rs.2500, whichever is higher.
B. For Tempo Traveller booking over one day/Outstation travel, an advance of 50% of the Minimum Contract amount or Rs.10000, whichever is higher is required to be paid to confirm the booking.
C. Request for change of date would be entertained only subject to availability of the same category of vehicle on the desired date. In case the desired category of vehicle is not available on the requested change date, the booking would be deemed to be cancelled and the cancellation policy would apply.
2.Cancellation Policy
A. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the trip on the part of the hirer, for what so ever reason it be, including Covid 19, the amount received by way of advance will be forfeited and no refund would be granted.
B. In the event of reduction /increase of the number of members of the hirer, a request for a smaller/higher capacity of vehicle would be entertained only subject to availability. In case the requested small/big capacity vehicle is not available, there would be no refund or future adjustment for the amount received by way of advance. The amount received by way of advance would be forfeited.
However, if a smaller/bigger vehicle is available, 50% of the amount received by way of advance would be forfeited and the balance 50% would be adjusted towards the rental of the smaller/bigger vehicle.
C. Bookings for peak period dates starting from Chaturthi to Ekadashi during the Navratra/Durga Pujas, 23rd December to 7th January are non refundable and any advance received for bookings on those dates are Non Refundable ab initio.
3.Jurisdiction
A. Disputes, if any, are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only
