Tata HEXA @ Rs 22 per km or Rs 220 per hour, whichever is higher (Garage to Garage). Garage is located at Bansdroni, as it serves Tata HEXA rental in Garia as well as Tata HEXA rental in Tollygunge as well.

 Tata HEXA Hire - Minimum Contract Period

10 hrs /100 kms whichever is higher (Garage to Garage) is the minimum contract period. Garage is located at Bansdroni, which is midway between Tollygunge and Garia.

 Night Rates of Tata HEXA Rental

Tata HEXA Rental Rates, applicable between 10 pm to 6 am is Rs 22 per km or Rs 220 per hour. Additional Drivers Night allowance @ INR 250 per night. 

 Toll and Parking at Actual to be paid for Tata HEXA

Toll and parking for Tata  HEXA rental are charged on Actual Basis, wherever applicable. These have to be paid by the guest on the spot

TATA HEXA Hire or Hexa Rental Charges

Tata HEXA Rental @ Rs 22 per km / Rs 220 per hour, whichever is higher (Garage to Garage).

Minimum outstation contract is for 200 km per day.

Toll, Parking, Interstate Tax at actual. 

However Interstate Tax has to be paid beforehand.

Driver's Outstation allowance is charged @ Rs.250 per night,for the number of nights of contract or if the services are availed after 10:00 p.m or before 6:00 a.m

Driver Outstation Charges

OPTION 1: 

Drivers accommodation and food has to be provided by you for all the days of the contract period in case of outstation travel.

OR 

OPTION 2:

We take care of the driver's food and accommodation for the entire period of contract. 

You only pay INR 1000 per night for the entire period of contract towards Driver's Food and accommodation and outstation allowance

Tata Hexa Booking Terms and Conditions

Minimum booking for local  usage is for 10 hrs/ 100 kms

Toll Taxes, parking has to be paid at actual basis

Driver's Inconvenience allowance is charged @ Rs.250 per night if starting duty before 5:00 hrs or vehicle released after 22:00 hrs. 

For duty over 10 hrs, driver's overtime would be charged @ Rs.300

In case of vomiting in the vehicle cleaning charge of Rs.300 would be charged

Tata HEXA Rental for Kolkata Local/Outstation-Terms of Contract

Minimum Contract Period

ALL DISPOSAL RATES WILL BE APPLICABLE ON A BOOKING OF MINIMUM 10 HRS / 100 KM WHICH EVER IS HIGHER. 

Contract period of Tata HEXA is for a minimum of 10hrs/100 kms.

Extra Hours for Tata HEXA Hire

Additional hrs are chargeable @ Rs. 220 per hr or Rs.20 per km whichever is higher, after the completion of the minimum contract period of 10hrs/100km. Applicable after the end of the minimum contract period.

Parking, Toll & Interstate Tax

Parking, entry fees, Puja Subscriptions and toll taxes are the extra payments which are payable by you on the spot.

Interstate taxes for Tata Hexa rental has to be paid prior to start of journey.

Driver Allowance

Drivers accommodation and food to be provided by guest for all the days of the contract period. 

(Applicable only in case of overnight Travel)

Garage to Garage

Please note we reckon the starting point as well as the end point from Garage to Garage. Garage is located at Bansdroni, which is midway between Tollygunge and Garia.

Alcohol, Smoking Not Allowed

Please note that consumption of alcohol and smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. INDIA BEACONS reserves the right to stop the vehicle in case of infringement of the above clause.
